Eleven Madison Park on Madison Square, Le Bernardin in Midtown, Per Se at Columbus Circle, Jungsik in Tribeca and Sushi Sho near the New York Public Library hold three stars in the 2025 selection. Sushi Sho was promoted from two stars that year.

Two-star restaurants in 2025 include Aquavit, Atera, Atomix, César, Gabriel Kreuther, Jean-Georges, Joo Ok (promoted in 2025), Masa, Odo, Saga, Sushi Noz and The Modern.

Booking
Most tasting-menu restaurants release tables online several weeks ahead, and many take deposits. Some have bar rooms that take walk-ins, such as The Bar Room at The Modern.
Our advice: book the big night first, then build your trip around it.
